- Assist in sourcing and recruiting top talent for various roles across departments.
- Manage and maintain applicant tracking and job postings using tools like Odoo.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
- Design and implement employee engagement and team-building activities.
- Maintain HR documentation, policies, and procedures with Microsoft 365 tools.
- Work closely with leadership to develop innovative HR strategies that align with company goals.
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Word, Excel, Teams).
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Hands-On Experience: Work directly on key HR processes and gain real-world insights into the role of HR in a growing startup.
